Week 1 – What is Evolutionary Astrology and how it intersects with Coaching. Overview of a Birth Chart
Week 2 – The components of Astrology, Archetypes, the intersection with psychology and the influence of Carl Jung
Week 3 – The four elements and their influence on our expression
Week 4 – The Big 3: Sun, Moon, Ascendant. Houses 4 and 5 and Leo and Cancer
Week 5 – Mercury, Mars, Venus, Houses 1, 2 and 3. Aries, Gemini, and Taurus
Week 6 – Jupiter and Saturn, houses 9 and 10, Sagittarius and Capricorn
Week 7 – Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, houses 8, 11, 12. Aquarius, Scorpio, and Pisces
Week 8 – Basic Chart synthesis using your chart
Week 9 – Basic Chart synthesis. Case studies.

Certification Program Description
Evolutionary Astrology is based on the premise that we have lived many lifetimes. Your birth chart is your Soul’s map for its evolution, healing, and growth in this lifetime.
Your birth chart points to your talents, and tendencies and to where you may trip yourself up. It is beautiful and validating to know that this is the essence of who you are. It helps you to see the untruth of the stories that you were told about yourself, “I’m too emotional. I’m not emotional enough. I think too much, etc.”
Using Evolutionary Astrology, you will learn how to look at a client’s birth chart to gain an understanding of their natural energy patterns and the evolutionary goals of their soul in this lifetime. This information will be used in the coaching sessions to assist the client in understanding the essence of who they are.
Participants will complete the certification with an understanding of how Evolutionary Astrology can enhance and accelerate the coaching process.

Meet the Trainers
Dez Stephens, PCC
Business Owner. Dez Stephens is the Founder + CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy (a division of Radiant Health Institute) – a social enterprise and prominent international coach training school that certifies individuals to create vibrant, professional, private practices as holistic life coaches, wellness coaches and business coaches. She is a certified life coach, expert trainer and marketing strategist.
Professional Coaching. Dez has coached professionally since 2005, and in 2012, founded Radiant Coaches Academy and has trained and certified nearly 600 students in 20+ countries. In 2014, her training school earned the prestigious status of offering accredited hours through the International Coach Federation (ICF). In 2017, ICF of Tennessee honored her and her institute with the PRISM Award for the advancement of the coaching profession.
Training. She received her life coach certification from Guiding Mindful Change in 2005, and the University of Transpersonal Theology bestowed her with an honorary doctorate in 2015. Dez also holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through ICF.
Business Coaching. As a business coach, she enjoys coaching entrepreneurs and small businesses, using her innate talent for creating innovative approaches for promotion and for birthing brilliant, achievable ideas. She also has a knack for originating memorable concepts, business names and taglines for her clients.
Author. Dez is the author of The Qualitarian and co-author of Your Radiant Life.
Humanitarian. Dez is passionate and sincere in helping people live more meaningful lives, and she considers herself to be a dedicated global humanitarian and social enterpriser.

Susan combines the modalities of astrology, coaching, and energy work to facilitate a powerful shift for the people she serves. These are shifts that have accelerated the changes that they wanted to make in their lives.

Certified through the Radiant Coaches Academy, Susan facilitates live online training sessions for the school. She has coached clients across the US, South Africa, and the UK.
Susan’s Reiki Master Teacher training is in the Usui tradition. She received that and her Tibetan Sound Healing training through Serenity Grove Wellness Center in Coventry, CT. In addition, she is Level 1 Medicinal Aromatherapy Certified through Wisdom of the Earth Essential Oils in Sedona, AZ.
