Dive into the world of energy and chakras

Chakras are a traditional yogic system that helps us to become aware of our emotional, mental, and physical states and to learn about aspects of ourselves and our lives that do not flow easily. According to this system, misunderstandings, and ambiguities often manifest where energy is not flowing. The Chakra Life Coaching course teaches you how to create a flow of energy that helps clients heal.

The name chakra comes from the Sanskrit meaning “circle or spinning wheel”.

It is called so because it looks like a vortex that revolves around a certain area in our subtle body. Therefore, the chakras are the main energy centers that accumulate and distribute energy throughout our body.

7 Main Chakras

We have 7 main chakras, and each corresponds to a specific endocrine gland. It is common knowledge that the endocrine glands are related to our physical health, and they run our entire body. When we start looking at ourselves holistically, we will realize that our body, spirit, and emotions are connected and form a whole.

7 Main Chakras

A person is healthy if their chakras are aligned and open to the flow of energy; the more energy flows through the chakras, the healthier a person is. If a chakra cannot metabolize energy, we say it is blocked. The flow of energy is too weak, so certain parts of the body are not supplied with enough energy. Therefore, malfunctions and disturbances that we recognize as diseases or various psychological difficulties on the material level of human existence gradually arise.

Boost Vitality

The main meaning of yoga is to stimulate vitality throughout the entire system to live easier and function better in close relationships, in relation to your body and health, and in relation to work, money, and the environment.

Through the practice of yoga, meditation, and affirmations, we get useful tools with which we connect with ourselves and with which we will become aware of what we need to work on.

Through life coaching and journaling, we try to see the cause of discomfort, problems, or diseases in a certain area of life.

You are energy. Change happens energetically first and then manifests in the physical world.

In this training you will learn to locate 7 chakras in the body, understand the basic functions, energies, and purpose of each chakra and be able to diagnose whether a chakra is blocked, healthy, or blown open. You will also understand the practical steps you need to take to strengthen any one of your chakras.
