You will study the role they play in the flow of energy in your body. You’ll also learn special techniques to keep them open to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Chakra Course Format
- 12 weekly online modules
- 12 weekly 1-hour zooms (Wednesdays from 11:30am-1:30pm Eastern) starting January 17th!
- 2 coaching sessions per trainee
In this training you will learn to locate 7 chakras in the body, understand the basic functions, energies, and purpose of each chakra and be able to diagnose whether each chakra is blocked, healthy, or blown open. You will also understand the practical steps you need to take to strengthen any one of your chakras.
This training is a 3-month journey into your energy body through yoga, meditation, energy work, journaling and coaching.

Meet the Trainers
Dez Stephens
Business Owner. Dez Stephens is the Founder + CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy (a division of Radiant Health Institute) – a social enterprise and prominent international coach training school that certifies individuals to create vibrant, professional, private practices as holistic life coaches, wellness coaches and business coaches. She is a certified life coach, expert trainer and marketing strategist.
Professional Coaching. Dez has coached professionally since 2005, and in 2012, founded Radiant Coaches Academy and has trained and certified nearly 600 students in 20+ countries. In 2014, her training school earned the prestigious status of offering accredited hours through the International Coach Federation (ICF). In 2017, ICF of Tennessee honored her and her institute with the PRISM Award for the advancement of the coaching profession.
Training. She received her life coach certification from Guiding Mindful Change in 2005, and the University of Transpersonal Theology bestowed her with an honorary doctorate in 2015. Dez also holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through ICF.
Business Coaching. As a business coach, she enjoys coaching entrepreneurs and small businesses, using her innate talent for creating innovative approaches for promotion and for birthing brilliant, achievable ideas. She also has a knack for originating memorable concepts, business names and taglines for her clients.
Author. Dez is the author of The Qualitarian and co-author of Your Radiant Life.
Humanitarian. Dez is passionate and sincere in helping people live more meaningful lives, and she considers herself to be a dedicated global humanitarian and social enterpriser.

Izabela Marić
Croatia, Europe
Izabela is a President of Croatian Yoga Federation, Certified Yoga Teacher and a Yoga Therapist, Certified Holistic Coach, Founder of Verbasana Yoga Studio in Zagreb, Croatia, graduated Indologist at the University of Zagreb, Croatia.
Izabela was introduced to yoga more than 20 years ago. In 1999 she enrolled in Indology to study Hindi, Sanskrit, and Indian philosophy at the University of Zagreb. Since 2004, she travels to India every year and she spent 10 winters there to learn more about Yoga at its source.
She graduated from three Yoga schools:
- Yoga, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy for four years at the Institute for Yoga and Ayurveda Sunce (RYT800 Certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist),
- ITEC Alumni sponsored by Indian Government on S-VYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, India (RYT300 Certified Hatha Yoga teacher),
- RYT200 Multi-style certified yoga teacher – Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow in Gaia Yoga Shala, Zagreb
- Certified Prenatal Yoga teacher, Anjali Yoga Academy.
She is the founder of Verbasana yoga studio in Zagreb, Croatia.
In Verbasana Studio, she is teaching Hatha Vinyasa yoga classes, Vinyasa flow, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, Yoga for Mums and Babies, as well as Kids yoga. She is organizing and leading yoga retreats in Croatia and India.
