Radiant Coaches Academy offers accredited hours from the International Coaching Federation in conjunction with a Conscious Leadership Coach Certification and an overall Holistic Coach Certification + Credential.

What is Conscious Leadership?
As the world and business continues to change, the role of leadership needs to continue to evolve as well. So often, leaders do not have the tools, resources, and skills to manage increasingly diverse teams that have different expectations of the leader and the company than generations past.
So how do we adapt and evolve? How do we support leaders in becoming the type of leader that has a positive impact on their teams, companies, and communities?
I believe the answer to this is to create more Conscious Leaders. What is conscious leadership? While there are a number of definitions and books floating around that you can source, I like, simply, conscious leadership is guiding others with full awareness of the self and cultivating growth in organizations by supporting the humans in them.

Meet the Trainers
Dez Stephens
Business Owner. Dez Stephens is the Founder + CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy (a division of Radiant Health Institute) – a social enterprise and prominent international coach training school that certifies individuals to create vibrant, professional, private practices as holistic life coaches, wellness coaches and business coaches. She is a certified life coach, expert trainer and marketing strategist.
Professional Coaching. Dez has coached professionally since 2005, and in 2012, founded Radiant Coaches Academy and has trained and certified nearly 600 students in 20+ countries. In 2014, her training school earned the prestigious status of offering accredited hours through the International Coach Federation (ICF). In 2017, ICF of Tennessee honored her and her institute with the PRISM Award for the advancement of the coaching profession.
Training. She received her life coach certification from Guiding Mindful Change in 2005, and the University of Transpersonal Theology bestowed her with an honorary doctorate in 2015. Dez also holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through ICF.
Business Coaching. As a business coach, she enjoys coaching entrepreneurs and small businesses, using her innate talent for creating innovative approaches for promotion and for birthing brilliant, achievable ideas. She also has a knack for originating memorable concepts, business names and taglines for her clients.
Author. Dez is the author of The Qualitarian and co-author of Your Radiant Life.
Humanitarian. Dez is passionate and sincere in helping people live more meaningful lives, and she considers herself to be a dedicated global humanitarian and social enterpriser.

Nick Reich
Nick Reich is passionate about leaving the world a bit better than he found it. He brings almost twenty years of experience in innovation, strategy, program development, and collaboration to help companies across a variety of sectors tackle some of society’s biggest opportunities.
Nick currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Hummingbird Humanity, a national consulting and coaching firm focused on creating human-centered workplace cultures through diversity, equity and inclusion, social impact, and inclusive leadership. Prior to joining Hummingbird, he served as the Executive Director of a Global Health organization with sites in Ecuador, Nigeria, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala, along with 30+ US based college chapters, and has worked on or championed social impact work in more than a dozen other countries. Additionally, Reich launched Social Insight, a consulting firm that works in social innovation, philanthropy and impact investing.
Nick is a proud dad of two boys and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis and currently serves as Assistant District Governor and International Service and Global Grants Chair for Rotary District 6560. He has post graduate certifications in Executive Nonprofit Leadership and Nonprofit Management, along with a Diploma in Social Innovation from the University for Peace in Costa Rica (online).
Reich has been recognized as an Indy's Best & Brightest finalist in the Education/ Nonprofit sector and most recently as a finalist for the International Center of Indiana’s Global Impressions Award for his work around the world.
