HOW IT WORKS
Complete 25 hours of Guided Self-Study and attend 25 hours of Live Training with Advanced Crystal Master Jennifer White.
Your Live training calls will consist of thirteen course-specific training topics, three 2-hour workshops, and five Crystal Power exploratory calls facilitated via Zoom over a 16-20 week rolling session.
Guided Self-Study curriculum will consist of 18 gamified, multimedia learning Levels via myQuest Learning Management System, and can be worked at your own pace.
All live training calls and workshops will be offered at least twice a year.

Sometimes being an amazing coach isn’t enough!!!
Often our clients come to us harboring long-held patterns of fear, limitation, scarcity, and self-sabotage due to conditioning and traumatic experiences of their pasts. These subconscious patterns are often woven into every facet of their conscious experience and can stand in the way of forward moment and manifestation.

Meet Your Trainers
Dez Stephens
Business Owner
Dez Stephens is the Founder + CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy (a division of Radiant Health Institute) – a social enterprise and prominent international coach training school that certifies individuals to create vibrant, professional, private practices as holistic life coaches, wellness coaches and business coaches. She is a certified life coach, expert trainer and marketing strategist.
Professional Coaching
Dez has coached professionally since 2005, and in 2012, founded Radiant Coaches Academy and has trained and certified nearly 600 students in 20+ countries. In 2014, her training school earned the prestigious status of offering accredited hours through the International Coach Federation (ICF). In 2017, ICF of Tennessee honored her and her institute with the PRISM Award for the advancement of the coaching profession.
Training
She received her life coach certification from Guiding Mindful Change in 2005, and the University of Transpersonal Theology bestowed her with an honorary doctorate in 2015. Dez also holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through ICF.
Business Coaching
As a business coach, she enjoys coaching entrepreneurs and small businesses, using her innate talent for creating innovative approaches for promotion and for birthing brilliant, achievable ideas. She also has a knack for originating memorable concepts, business names and taglines for her clients.

Jennifer White
Jennifer White is a practicing MerMedicine™ Woman, Teacher, Content Creator, and Spiritual Life Coach aspiring to nurture and support the wellbeing and experienced reality of her community while actively contributing to the restoration of the collective, humanity and our planet, to its natural, sacred and divine state.
Crystal Mastery
Jennifer has held an affinity toward crystals and stones since she was a small child. She began intentionally studying and intuitively working with stones in 2003. She completed advanced curriculum and formal certification programs through the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy and Ashley Leavy's Love & Light School, and has continued to hone her skills through personal and professional practice.
Professional Coaching
Jennifer has been coaching professionally since 2017. She has over 2000 hours of professional coaching experience, holds her Professional Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and has been working in the industry as a Professional Coach Trainer and Mentor since 2019.
Formal Training
She received her first life coaching certification from Inner Glow Circle in 2019, advanced certifications in professional life and business coaching as well as women’s circle leadership in 2020, and is continuing her professional coach training journey with Radiant Coaches Academy in pursuit of her Level 3 certification and Master Certified Coach credential from ICF.
Personal Development
Over the course of her 30-year journey of spiritual and professional development, Jennifer has also extensively studied Metaphysics, Sacred Harmonics, Menstrual Cycle Awareness, Yoga and Meditation, while attaining mastery and/or certification in the Water Priestessing Arts, as an Aroma Freedom Master Practitioner, Vibrational Aromatherapist, and Oracle Card Reader.
