Laura's Story
Laura Paquette is a holistic life coach with expertise in Somatic and Intuitive Coaching, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Reflexology. Laura is dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals on their personal journeys. With 18 years of experience in Trauma Informed Support and community Mental Health and Addictions, Laura is deeply committed to empowering others to find their voice, discover their passions, and overcome the challenges that they face.
During her time working in the community she was honored to have received the Central Ontario Mental Health and Addictions Award for her contribution to mental health and addiction care and understanding in the community and a nomination for the Courage to Come Back Award from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto.
Having lived experience with a Mental Health diagnosis, PTSD, and TBI, Laura understands the significance of having someone walk beside you on your journey. She recognizes the importance of providing a safe space where individuals can be truly seen and heard. With a focus on a trauma-informed approach, Laura is sensitive to the unique needs and experiences of those who have undergone trauma, and tailors her coaching and support accordingly.
Laura's Approach
Whether through one-on-one coaching sessions, energy healing techniques like Reiki, or the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy and reflexology, Laura’s goal is to facilitate self-discovery, empowerment, holistic well-being and to cultivate a strong and trusting relationship with your intuition.
Laura will work with you to explore your inner guidance and support you as you start to recognize the subtle energetic signals and sensations that arise within your body, helping you to decipher your intuitive messages more effectively.

Laura is a Certified Intuitive Holistic Coach, with a speciality in Somatic Coaching, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, Level 2 in Animal Reiki, a Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, author and an entrepreneur. Laura is located in Ontario, Canada and provides services both locally and internationally (through virtual connections).
