Radiant Coaches Academy offers accredited hours from the International Coaching Federation in conjunction with a Leadership Coach Certification and an overall Holistic Coach Certification + Credential.
This course fits a range of coaching models, including individual coaching, group coaching, and team coaching.
Students are encouraged to build on their own interests and skill sets and create a coaching practice that is right for them.

Meet the Trainers
Vicki Johnson has been asking questions and listening deeply to leaders for over 35 years. She served in ordained ministry in the United Methodist Church as small church pastor, co-appointment as clergy couple, executive pastor of a large church, District Superintendent of 90 churches, and 9 years as senior pastor of a multi-staff, community-focused, downtown church. The focus of her Doctorate is Leadership, Spirituality, and Story. Vicki is also certified as an Intentional Interim Ministry Specialist, Spiritual Director, and 200-hour E-RYT Yoga Instructor.
Vicki has coached professionally since 2015 and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through ICF. She is a Lead Trainer with Level 1 ICF-certified Coach Approach Skill Training, having trained with them since 2018. A dedicated life-long learner and teacher, Vicki delights in the way the coaching process unleashes deeply creative and authentic transformation for leaders, teams, and faith communities.
In 2020 Vicki created and launched The Art of WellBeing—with group coaching courses designed to help leaders flourish in leading and in life. Over 130 have participated in 10 cohorts. Vicki enjoys reading historical fiction, practicing yoga, travel as pilgrimage, walking in the woods with her dog, and hiking or snowshoeing in the Colorado mountains with friends and family. Together, she and her husband Roger have 7 children and 12 grandchildren.
Professional Coach and Business Owner
Brian Prior has over 25 years experience coaching and is owner of Prioritize Coaching. His broad portfolio of experience with individual and organizational leadership development includes religious, nonprofit, health care, corporate and education contexts. His experience even includes coaching a girls’ high school basketball team for 18 years. He has done significant work with vocational discernment, executive transition, organizational design and change management. Brian believes each of us is uniquely created and uniquely gifted and called to use who we are and how we have been gifted in service to others. His unique ability is walking with others in discovering what they bring to the world and guiding them in prioritizing their purpose, passion and potential.
A Bishop in the Episcopal Church, Brian is Vice Chair of the Episcopal Church Pension Board, Chair of the Episcopal Camp and Conference Center’s Visionary Council, and a board member of the Absalom Jones Center for Racial Healing and the HUB Sports Center. He is an ICF credentialed coach and has received both his Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Divinity from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific, Berkeley, CA., and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education from Whitworth University. He serves as an adjunct faculty and advisor with the Academy of Artful Leadership and is a coach /consultant for the Episcopal Camp and Conference Centers and Senior Consultant for the Episcopal Church Foundation.
Brian and his wife have enjoyed 35 years of marriage and have two sons. He enjoys cycling, hiking, writing, and, not surprisingly, basketball. He continues to volunteer for the local camp where he first discovered his passion for coaching.
Business Owner. Dez Stephens is the Founder + CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy (a division of Radiant Health Institute) – a social enterprise and prominent international coach training school that certifies individuals to create vibrant, professional, private practices as holistic life coaches, wellness coaches and business coaches. She is a certified life coach, expert trainer and marketing strategist.
Professional Coaching. Dez has coached professionally since 2005, and in 2012, founded Radiant Coaches Academy and has trained and certified nearly 600 students in 20+ countries. In 2014, her training school earned the prestigious status of offering accredited hours through the International Coach Federation (ICF). In 2017, ICF of Tennessee honored her and her institute with the PRISM Award for the advancement of the coaching profession.
Training. She received her life coach certification from Guiding Mindful Change in 2005, and the University of Transpersonal Theology bestowed her with an honorary doctorate in 2015. Dez also holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through ICF.
Business Coaching. As a business coach, she enjoys coaching entrepreneurs and small businesses, using her innate talent for creating innovative approaches for promotion and for birthing brilliant, achievable ideas. She also has a knack for originating memorable concepts, business names and taglines for her clients.
Humanitarian. Dez is passionate and sincere in helping people live more meaningful lives, and she considers herself to be a dedicated global humanitarian and social enterpriser.
