OUR FOUNDER, VALUES, COMMITMENTS, POLICIES + ACADEMY REQUIREMENTS

Our Values & Commitments

We are listening.

We are learning.

We are growing.

We are responding, not reacting.

We are committing.

We are taking intentional action.

As an international holistic coach training school, Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to not just welcoming, but to including all students who genuinely want to make a positive difference in this world and with their clients.

For us, this means including students of all colors, creeds, races, nationalities, genders, ages, cultures, orientations, sizes, shapes, abilities, incomes, religions and beliefs.

In other words, Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to social justice, diversity, inclusion, equity, equality, anti-racism and positive impact.

Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to being culturally competent and developing culturally responsive coaching programs.

Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to transmuting an industry that has been elitist since its inception in the 1980s. As a result, Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to providing affordable and accessible professional coach training to all income levels in all places, especially in new markets internationally where coaching currently does not exist.

As a social enterprise, Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to becoming an agent of social change. By design, professional coaches are social entrepreneurs and natural-born humanitarians.

Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to equality and equity. This means that we measure our impact and sustain our long-term promises made to our international students. This includes supporting their marketing efforts to grow sustainable coaching practices. This also includes forever-free trainings to support their efforts to thrive as professional coaches, trainers, educators, speakers and authors.

Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to truly making a difference – not just noticing what differences need to be made.

As a co-founder of a nonprofit (NGO) in Honduras, the Melanie Gissell Foundation, we are committed to supporting Latin Americans with grief recovery coaching programs and partnerships.

As a co-founder of RISE (Radiant Initiatives for Sustainable Education), we are committed to leadership coaching and development with international students who want to become great leaders in their communities and beyond.

Since our founding in 2012, we have trained over 800 students in over 20 countries on different three continents. We are committed to continue growing steadfast with our values intact as we expand into new international markets.

Radiant Coaches Academy is committed to making a difference where it is needed most.

ICF is a vibrant global community committed to the shared vision of making coaching an integral part of a thriving society. Our mission is to lead the global advancement of coaching. To do this, we must reflect on our blind spots and be aware of opportunities for improvement. We cannot ignore the challenges that many coaches and coaching clients face due to systemic problems in their communities. As members of the ICF community, we ascribe to the core values of integrity, excellence, collaboration and respect. The foundation of these values is a shared commitment to diversity, inclusion, belonging and justice. We will place diversity, inclusion, belonging and justice at the forefront of every decision we make within our Association.
