In this 12-week course, you’ll learn how to be a holistic wellness coach. You’ll get the tools and knowledge to help clients make healthy changes to their lives, and instruct in your area of expertise while maintaining the coaching agreement. Rooted in core competencies, this program is designed to equip coaches with the skills to create a safe and supportive space where a client’s transformation can take place.

The Wellness Coaching Certification Course consists of a self-paced online course with video and text lessons, handouts, and a library of guided meditations; access to live daily meditation sessions; a group class (open to all Radiant Coaches): and a group session reserved for the attendees. 

Each cohort is designed for a maximum of 10 students so every participant gets individual attention and plenty of support. 

Navigating Today’s Wellness Challenges

In a world where advanced medical treatments coexist with escalating health concerns, the role of Wellness Coaches becomes paramount. While clients have access to cutting-edge medical interventions, there’s a growing sense of unwellness. This course aims to prepare coaches to help clients cultivate lifestyles that complement medical treatments rather than impede them.

Part One: Ancient Wisdom and Personal Wellness

The first segment of the course explores the rich wisdom of a conscious-based Ayurvedic lifestyle, including nutrition, sleep, daily routines, inner pharmacy, emotional processing, and meditation. By immersing participants in this ancient wisdom, a wellness practice for coaches is cultivated. This self-care approach is crucial in developing and expanding core competencies of coaching.

Part Two: Coaching Essentials and Understanding Yourself

The second part delves into the coaching foundation, emphasizing core competencies, and learning how to coach around intention, meaning-making, purpose, and shadow work. The training covers different coaching situations, from one-on-one coaching to coaching teams and groups.

Holistic Wellness Coach Training

Over 12 weeks, you’ll go through self-paced online modules with videos, worksheets, and coaching examples covering:

  • Wellness Coaching Basics: Learning the fundamentals of life and wellness coaching, understanding the core competencies, and helping clients through changes.
  • Ayurveda Principles: Exploring how Ayurveda connects the mind, body, and spirit, including the five elements and three doshas.
  • Meditation for Coaching: Understanding the benefits of meditation, its impact on balancing doshas, and various meditation practices. Participants also explore effective breathing techniques.
  • Coaching Emotional Well-being: Diving into emotional freedom, awareness, and well-being, with a focus on core emotional needs, dosha types, and conscious communication. Practical tools like journaling aid in emotional clearing.
  • Movement and Sleep: Exploring the importance of daily routines, movement, restful sleep, and adapting to different seasons. Simplifying diets during transitions is also covered.
  • Inner Pharmacy Tool: Using the inner pharmacy, meditation, and the five senses (sound, touch, sight, taste, smell, and laughter) for well-being.
  • Ayurvedic Nutrition: Learning about Ayurvedic nutrition principles, optimizing digestion, balancing doshas, and embracing a colorful diet with phytonutrients. Mindful eating practices are also explored.
  • Integration Week: Preparing for the coaching journey by connecting theory with practice.
  • Coaching Purpose and Intention: Unraveling the coaching process, enrolling practice clients, and using coaching tools like tuning into purpose and setting intentions.
  • Coaching Meaning: Focusing on core values, goal setting, accountability, using the Wellness Wheel, and learning to coach around meaning-making (and limiting beliefs).
  • Coaching Around Shadow: Addressing the shadow, understanding when and how to coach around it, and embracing a compassionate approach with Loving Kindness Meditation.

Versatile Coaching Skills for Different Situations

This Wellness Coaching Certification equips you with skills for one-on-one coaching, team coaching, and group coaching. After completing the course, you’ll be ready to make a positive impact on others’ well-being, through your own wellness practice enriched by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, core competencies, and effective coaching tools. Tatiana ‘Tajci’ Cameron A.C.C. is an accomplished musician, songwriter, published author in two languages, and a certified and credentialed Wellness and Holistic Life Coach. 

Having envisioned, built, and maintained her extensive and successful 30+ year career, while raising three sons, Tajci loves to coach high-performers in creative careers. Setting intentions, having big dreams and clear goals, and taking action while taking care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being is crucial for true success. Tajci’s wellness coaching practice is based on extensive and continuous training and personal experience.

Tajci’s journey began as a teenage pop sensation in Croatia (formerly Yugoslavia), where she discovered the profound importance of self-development in achieving personal and professional goals. As a platinum-selling recording artist, her fame included the creation of a Barbie doll in her likeness. Despite her success, Tajci made the remarkable choice to leave her label and embark on a journey of self-discovery in New York City, studying musical theatre as an anonymous student.

Over the past three decades, she has graced renowned venues like Madison Square Garden and Carnegie Hall, produced live shows across the United States, and extensively toured with her music. Her impressive career includes the release of seven albums, the creation and production of the full-length musical “My Perfectly Beautiful Life,” co-founding a children’s theatre, producing the TV show “Waking Up in America,” and authoring five multimedia books. Tajci’s songwriting talents shine through in her co-authored piece “Window in the Wall,” recorded by Olivia Newton-John.

More recently, Tajci collaborated with Grammy-winning songwriter Steve Leslie, Grammy-winning arranger Jim Gray, and a renowned Nashville artist and producer Scott Mulvahill to create the hit single “Holding Out My Hand” which she performed alongside a Symphony Orchestra in Zagreb, Croatia.

Tajci’s commitment to personal and professional development led her to earn her first life coaching certification from the Radiant Coaching Institute in 2015. In 2022, she achieved certifications as a Certified Instructor of Ayurveda Lifestyle, Certified Meditation Teacher, and Certified Life Coach through the Chopra Center. She is credentialed A.C.C. by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) on a P.C.C. path and is an active member of the ICF TN chapter. Additionally, she is pursuing certification from the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC).

Tajci offers a range of online courses, serves as a Radiant Trainer, offers a Wellness Coaching Certification Course, and hosts Transformational Immersive Cruises in Croatia. She also contributes to her community as a Board Member of Nashville Peacemakers and Better Decisions, where she provides mentorship at the Tennessee State Prison for Women. Tajci’s remarkable journey continues to inspire and empower individuals worldwide.
